The CrunchCup XL can hold just under two official serving sizes of cereal, or about 1.6 cups (364ml), depending on the cereal size. The outer chamber has a capacity of up to 10 fl oz of liquid.

Controlling the flow of milk is easy. You can either put your finger over the tiny breather hole on the lid or partially cover the milk spout with your lower lip. However, please note that Frosted Mini Wheats do not work well with The CrunchCup.
